Season 2 Stats

I am sorry to say this but I didn't find the time to write a cap for today :(

But I thought that at least some of you, hopefully, may be interested in stats regarding the finished 2nd season of Anniversary Leap :)

Season Finale And New Poll

Great news, my friends!

The final episode of Anniversary Leap season 2 Lost And Found was just published at the AL blog. It's a shorter episode and it consists only of one part. Harry and I call it a 'transition episode' between seasons.

There is no mid-leap poll in this episode, but you can find a new poll on the right side. So, if you want to help choosing with which episode we are going to kick off season 3, don't hesitate and cast your vote(s). You have 3 days to do so.

We hope that there's still some interest in this caption series. And trust me, there are still lots of things that Harry and I have in store for the Leaper and the Companion.

New Part, No New Poll

Hello, my friends!

The final part of the last episode of season 2 of Anniversary Leap just got published. Yay!

I wanted to get it done in the old year. But unfortunately, I was too lazy to finish it up :)

Anyway, the second part is live now. So head over to the AL blog and find out if the Leaper succeeds in saving the Titanic and its passengers. And also find out what happens to the Leaper himself.

As already mentioned, we won't be conducting a poll this time, because the next episode is a so-called 'transition episode'. It's a shorter episode that is used to close the old season and set the stage for the next. The episode will only consist of one part and when it's posted there will be a new poll to determine how to kick off season 3.

We hope that you are still as excited as we are about this whole project (even though it's taking quite a while to progress :D)

Hey friends!

I am currently taking a short vacation. And thanks to my laziness I didn't prepare any caps to be posted while I'm gone 😊

But while I'm refreshing my batteries I'm already working on some new ideas and caps. So, stay tuned and I'll report back with new stuff in a few short days.

New Episode and Poll

I am pretty sure that not many of you expected to see a new episode of Anniversary Leap this year. But here it is :)

Harry and I worked hard to bring the first part of the episode 'Unsinkable' to you before the year closes. And we hope that you like what we did with this episode.

As with (almost) all new episode, there's a new poll being conducted over at the AL blog. Once again we ask you to help us decide how the episode should play out. So, head over to the blog and cast your vote. You have 72 hours to do so.

New Part Posted

The second part of the episode Grandmaster just went live over on the Anniversary Leap blog.
If you want to see how the Leaper's decision to ignore his friend and enjoy the 1960s turns out, head on over and check out the latest part.

Just a reminder: There is once again no poll active this time. Because we are approaching the end of the second season (only 2 more episodes to go), the order of the final episodes was predetermined by Harry and me for dramatic purposes :)

Unbelievable, but true!
I managed to stick to my promise and publish more than one Anniversary Leap episode this year :)

The newest episode Grandmaster just went live. Head on over to the AL blog in order to find out what happens to the Leaper after he jumped out of the police car. Is he finally going to get some rest? Or is it going to be another stressful leap?

And while you're there you can can also once again decide how the episode goes on. By participating in the poll on the right side of the blog.

New Part But No Poll

The second part of the AL episode Hit And Run just got published. So go to the AL blog in order to find out what happens when the Leaper tells the sheriff the truth.

After reading the new part you'll notice that there is no new poll. Don't worry, that is not a mistake. It just means that we're getting close to the finale of the second season. Just three more episodes to go. Yay!

The order of these three episodes was predetermined by us for story-wise and dramatic purposes, so there won't be polls between the episodes. But the first two are still going to have mid-leap polls. Only the final episode won't have that either, because it's what Harry and I call a 'transition episode'. A shorter episode that kind of wraps up the season and sets the basis for the next.

One more thing. I have already begun working on the next episode. The idea is fleshed out and I have all the pics. So, I promise that it won't take another year before the next episode goes live :D

New AL Episode & Poll

Many of you won't believe it, but I just posted a new episode over on the Anniversary Leap blog. It's called 'Hit And Run'. I know, I know, it's been a very long time since the last episode, but both Harry and I hope that we can get a more frequent release of the episodes done in the future. Although...one episode per year sound pretty frequent to me, right? ;)

Anyway...head on over to the blog to check out the new episode and how the adventures of Steve and Harry continue. And while you're there maybe you want to vote for how you want the episode to continue. The poll will be open for 72 hours.

Happy New Year & Fit Together

Happy New Year!

I hope all of you had a fantastic start into the new year. And that it keeps getting better from now on :)

I have two things to share before showing you the first cap of the year:

1. I finally managed to begin to work on the new episode of Anniversary Leap. And it’s going to be a good one.
   I know, I know. It’s been a long time since I uploaded new stuff in that ambitious series and I’m sorry about that. And I really, really hope that I can create more episodes than last year (well, it would be hard to produce less ;))

2. And I have something new planned for this particular blog: Shorts.
   It’s already been a while since this idea came to me and since then it only grew stronger and stronger. Basically, I want to create TG captions in a more condensed way. But I don’t want to replace my normal, longer caps. I still want to keep my pretty stable schedule of Tuesday-Thursday posting those. And Fridays are going to stay reserved for sequels and caption series. But for a long time I felt the need to also post on the other days again. But even though I’ve been creating caps for a very long time now - or maybe because of it :D - it’s pretty time-consuming to write my typical type of stories. Hence the idea of making a few caps each week with a little less details, a little less descriptions of characters and/or situations. Just more pure and (hopefully) fun TG caps.

I hope you like these things and I’m looking forward to sharing them with you.

You know, personally I don't care much about Halloween. In real life, that is. As a TG caption writer I just LOVE Halloween. Just as I love every other opportunity to come up with themed caps ;)

This year I got carried away a little bit again and you'll be getting a normal Halloween-themed cap and three special animated caps :D

Reality Curse [Update]

Dear friends!

First of all, I don’t want to get you too excited, but this is not a new caption in the series. Instead, it's just a brief update.

But second, I do want to get you excited :D

Because over the past few days I spent a lot of time brainstorming and I have come up with many new ideas for future adventures of Fred and Lisa. I even managed to do a basic outline of the arc-spanning background story (just like the son-girlfriend situation between Fred and Nick). And I know how the arc finale is going to look like.

So, as you can see there's a lot to look forward to and I hope to start turning all these ideas into caps starting next week.

Oh my God! Has it really already been almost 6 months since the last Anniversary Leap part was published?! Damn, I really need to work on my work ethics ;)

But anyway...the new episode Witch-Hunt was just published over on the AL blog. So, if you're still interested in the series and want to see where and when the Leaper landed in this time, go over and check it out.

Sometimes, miracles occur. And apparently even rarer, I stop being super lazy and sit down to work on the next episode of Anniversary Leap instead ;)
And that's exactly what happened over the past few days and weeks. And today I'm happy to announce that the first part of the newest episode 'On Thin Ice' was just posted over on the Anniversary Leap blog.

Of course, there's also a new poll open. But you'll notice that there are only four options instead of the usual five. This is not a mistake. It means that we're getting close to the end of season 2. So, once these last four episodes are voted for and posted, we'll have two transition episodes into season 3.

Unbelievable!! A new AL episode is finally here!

Lo and behold, it is done :D

I finally managed to overcome every obstacle and finish the first part of episode 6 of the 2nd season of Anniversary Leap. 'Motherhood Meltdown' is now live, yay!

Harry and I really hope that you're enjoying the episode and that it was worth the extremely long wait. We are happy with how it turned out and that the story of Steve and his friend is finally being continued.

Of course, there's also a new poll on the Anniversary Leap blog, where you can decide what will happen next in the current episode. And due to the long pause we decided to give you more time to vote.
