Sounds like a situation that would occur during the Great Shift. Certainly not the most likely, but it would likely happen enough that it would cause problems for the couples. But it sorted it self out.
Marvin and Alex are going to be just fine. I’m guessing Alex decided to rush out of the guest room and into the bedroom.
