Two weeks? Sarah doesn’t end to wait two weeks to punish him. She can come up with several punishments during that time.
My personal favorite whether or it’s a body switch cap or just crossdressing is the WONDERFUL forced double date. Especially if it’s an established couple (dating, engaged, or already married). Sarah could set up one for her and her “sister.” Michael protests. Sarah counters that if he doesn’t go through EVERYTHING on the date, that she will officially dump him after he charges back. Of course, it’s not a lie. She was just going to dump him either way.

Ha! The medallion has a way of twisting things, I wonder if Michael even wants to swap back later.
