This is charming, but I wonder if something goes wrong? Like the police won't just swap them back. They want proof that they were swapped before they do a swap back. For that the Mother needs to sign an affidavit that they were swapped. However, she thinks this is a great learning opportunity and refuses to sign until she is "sure" that they were swapped.
