ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I know nothing about rank insignia. I just checked the internet and found out that this was Lt. Natasha 'Phoenix' Trace in the movie :)
DeleteIn the Navy (which this uniform/movie is), the double bar is Lieutenant. Ranks are confusing haha
