6 weeks later, Steven's stepmother remained in his body, in a medically induced coma to ease the stress on Steven's body. Steven was grateful for the sacrifice his stepmother made but he was experiencing severe sexual stress in her body. Steven was extremely horny all the time, and so was his father. They hadn't discussed the situation but it was obvious to both of them Steven's borrowed nipples were constantly hard and he could smell his arousal and he knew his father could smell it as well. His father was constantly adjusting his male member when they were together in the house.

"Caroline, for now, until Steven is himself again, we are man and wife. Then we will never speak of this again, agreed?" "Yes dear, I think that is the best for all if us." Caroline then kissed her husband.
Months later, when Caroline came out of the coma, she had no memories of ever being Caroline or Steven.
Steven's father and stepmother vowed to help him build new memories, as they had done with each other.
Awww. That’s sweet. They had always been soulmates and didn’t know it. It was only the bodyswap that finally gave them the true love that they had been denied.
I already responded to the other poster. But I came up with a couple of other options for a sequel.
1) Steven never had to get surgery. His stepmother tricked him. Because she wanted to be young and male. And wanted to inherit the dad’s fortune. When Steven finds out, he’ll convince his dad to stay as his husband and change the will. Caroline in Steven’s body won’t be getting a fucking dime. Well, maybe a little bit just as thank you for giving Steven the life he never that he had wanted.
2) Steven was never sick. But he paid doctors to fake test results so that he needed surgery. His plan was for his dad to swoop in so that Steven could take over his dad’s life. But Caroline did. But it turns out that this was better because Caroline’s body was REALLY attracted to dad’s body. Sex is pleasurable. Dad learns what son did…and is okay with it. Dad admits that if he had known what about Steven’s plans AND what Steven’s bedroom skills in Caroline’s body would have been, he would have helped Steven with the plan.
3) Dad tricked everyone. Son was never sick. Dad has learned that Caroline was cheating and figured that Steven in Caroline’s body would never do that. Steven would be the perfect wife. Steven learns that his dad created this situation and then learned WHY. And also learns that Caroline’s body reacts VERY positively to dad AND that sees as a woman is utterly pleasurable.
Was his dad aware of the switch? If now, is he still playing with them and having sex with her?
